Day 6: 365 Day Bankroll Builder Challenge

Welcome to Day 6 of the 365 Day Bankroll Builder Challenge!

Another fun find today as I added ESPN Bet to the mix (even though I hate their Customer Service).

Let’s get to it!

Day 6 (Feb. 10th, 2024) Results:

Day 5 started off with a Bankroll off $55.89, 1 Photo Finish Horse and 6 Zed Run Horses.

The “Sweepstakes” Casinos are an automatic daily bonus, easy enough to start there.

Sweeps Casinos:

2 out of 3 Sweeps ended with a positive — Chumba took the L unfortunately and ended up with a $0.00.

A $1.61 start still isn’t bad!

  • Pulsz – up $0.75
  • Stake – up $0.86
  • Chumba – up $0.00

Pokerstars:

PokerStars had a routine day here on Day 6 as well.

It was a lucky day — Red comes up and gives our $1.00 Profit for playing my Daily $1 Casino Bonus.

The bonus was a ‘nothing’ Deposit Bonus (Deposit $50 for $1 free) which I declined to mess with.

Pokerstars – up $1.00

FanDuel Sportsbook/Casino:

Weird Gronk slot came through in a big way — big winner of $2.40!

I used a 50% Boost on the Baylor/Kansas game to make a profit of $7.10.

I also tried playing the Risk Free $10 Race at Tampa Downs but lost, and cycled through a few “2nd or 3rd place” back at Santa Anita and ended up $0.40 cents ahead there.

I’m not decided whether I’m going to use up the 2 Passing TD’s Super Boosts yet for “The Big Game”.

FanDuel — up $9.90

DraftKings Sportsbook/Casino

The flip side of the FanDuel Kansas/Baylor boost was that I lost a $5 bet on Kansas.

That was it on DK … Staying away from the Super Bowl +350 Boosts for now. Hopefully, they come out with even better stuff on Sunday.

DraftKings — down $5.00

Zed Run: (sucks)

Nothing seems to be trending in any positive way after the big announcement — seemingly an unfortunate burnout phase for Zed.

Simple day of grinding XP — nothing to talk about in this boring game. Didn’t sell the XP Boost I made, so we’re technically ‘down $0.50’.

Zed Run — down $0.50

Photo Finish Live

So, our 1st Race was a last place finish in a field of 4 in a Juvenile Benchmark. Not a good result by any means.

The upside is that it only was a loss of $1.37 due to the CROWN Stimmy. I’m definitely a little spooked by my Horse seemingly being terrible. Bryce is giving me some pep talks but it’s a real concern. I’m hunting for a Race in the Lobby for Day 7 — getting bumped up to the Age 3 fields is also scary.

Photo Finish — down $1.37

ESPN Bet

Against my better judgement, I saw some nice promos on ESPN Bet that I had been ignoring and realized that they’ve got some nice potential!

First of all, I was able to deposit $25 and get $5 free spins on their Slot — picked a really conservative one and made about $3.

Then, we had a “Play five $5 Roulette Spins, get $10” Promo. After winning only 2 of the 5 spins on Red and playing through $10 of Blackjack – I was up around $11.

There was some shenanigans trying to get a $5 Free Bet, but that came through and I was able to put in on SF – 7 to pay $10.95.

This is a little sloppy bookkeeping, but here are the ESPN Bet final results:

ESPN BET – up $3.04

Pending Bets:

  • Deebo Samuel to Score Anytime TD (to pay $12.50)
  • 49ers -7 to pay $10.75

Day 6 Summary:

Total for Day 6: Up $8.58

In total, the Challenge Bankroll stands at:

  • $64.47
  • 1 Photo Finish Horse
  • 6 Zed Horses
  • $32.40 pending Super Bowl Wagers
