Spoiler Alert — today was a NEW record for the Bankroll Builder Challenge! Let’s go!!!
Here’s how it happened:
Day 8 (Feb. 12th, 2024) Results:
Day 8 started off with a Bankroll off $92.23, 1 Photo Finish Horse and 6 Zed Run Horses.
The “Sweepstakes” Casinos are an automatic daily bonus, easy enough to start there.
Sweeps Casinos:
Chumba took the “L” and Pulsz had a rough couple Blackjack hands — not the biggest day here, but starting my record-setting day with $1.35 to the positive is okay.

Pokerstars:
I went on an absolute Roulette heater on Monday. It’s the kind of good luck that almost makes you sick that you wasted it playing $1 spins of Roulette lol.
I won my $1 initial spin and it rewarded me a $1 Casino Bonus. In the past, I would just lose this and move on… but today I hit like 4-5 Red’s in a row to end up +$5.00 on the Bonus part by the time I had done the $12 play-through requirement. Kind of insane.

FanDuel Sportsbook/Casino:
Unfortunately, Gronk has packed up shop and taken away his free Slot Bonus with him.
Fortunately, my ‘hot streak’ was still rolling here as I hit the “2nd or 3rd Money Back” Race (Fair Grounds #7, #2 Baba Voss) for a profit of $7.50!
From there, I took a FD Boost for both Jalen Brunson and Donovan Mitchell to score 25 PTS which also hits for another $5 profit.

I took 2 50% Boosts here on DK and was honestly lucky to make it out alive…
Duke -7 hit narrowly as Wake missed a FT late. ($3 to pay $7.06)
Kansas +3.5 missed by like 25 PTS ($3 loser)
Luckily, I wasn’t playing lightning bets or I’d be broke. Instead, I’ll take the $1.09 profit.

Zed Run: (sucks)
How is it possible that I load the Zed Run Lobby and there isn’t a Free Race at my distance that I want to run? How is that even remotely possible? What an awful product with awful leadership.

I was worried about what to do with my PF Horse if it kept coming in Last all the time…. but a Big WIN here on Day 8 puts us back in the positive! (And by WIN I mean my Horse came in 2nd Place losing a tad bit of DERBY and gaining 11 CROWN).

I’ve made the decision to hold every single CROWN I get via this Challenge while things are going good and staking them each season to get as much reward as possible for holding it.
I’ve got a lot of conviction in this team (Ian, Bryce, Yousefi, etc.) and I’m fine if I can HODL the CROWN through this entire year-long challenge.
So far, in my 1st day of CROWN staking – I’ve made $0.01! Let’s goooo lol. (Crown Staking rewards will only count towards this challenge once they distribute, not each day).

Remember that heat check I had on Pokerstars Roulette? Keep it coming on ESPN BET!!
I hit a $1 slot spin for $12. Again, just absurd luck to be getting it this good, this early in the Challenge.
I followed that up with the 20 Free Spin rewards for $0.86.

HUGE day — almost every single thing I touched turned to gold. You won’t have these type of days very often, so I’m proud to report a $40.86 gain for the day!!
