I knew it was going to happen sooner or later…
If you are building a portfolio based on Crypto and Gambling, you’re going to have a negative day. Probably a lot of them.
So let’s call it a miracle that I made it to Day 15 with all positive days so far and get through this as quickly as possible!
Day 15 (Feb. 19th, 2024) Results:
Day 15 started off with a Bankroll of $415.54, 2 Photo Finish Horses and 7 Zed Run Horses.
The “Sweepstakes” Casinos are an automatic daily bonus, easy enough to start there.
Sweeps Casinos:
When I was playing out my Chumba Blackjack hand — I knew it might be a negative day.
Of course, they start you out with a $1 daily bonus just for logging in. So I played one $1 hand of Blackjack and the initial cards came out 11-2. Well, when you have 11, you have to double so there’s another $1 paid. And of course, I flipped a 4 and the Dealer got … I’m not even sure what. 17 or 18 and took me down for a $1 loss which is almost impossible.
Pulsz and Stake were as normal as can be.

- Chumba – DOWN $1.00
Pokerstars:
Another Roulette loss on Pokerstars — and was only able to recoup $0.12 with the Bonus they gave. Ouch!

FanDuel Sportsbook/Casino:
As strong as my Racing picks were over the weekend, it was a quiet day on FanDuel where I only played a $2 Racing bet and lost it. Couldn’t even find 2nd or 3rd for my money back!

Another lucky day on DraftKings!
- Iowa State +8.5 (+$2.60)
- CAR -1.5 (NHL) (+$1.34)
I thought the Hurricanes were an easy pick — but I didn’t have a feeling on Iowa State vs. Houston. Luckily, we won that bet by 0.5 points and we can move on with a little bit of profit!
DraftKings — up $3.94
Zed Run: (sucks)
I never thought I’d say this — but if I’m going to include Zed Run in this portfolio, I need to do a better job of running my Races. I keep waking up to Horses with full stamina… it’s just so unappealing to do the click-grind-fest.
Yuck.

Photo Finish Live:
So PF is actually one of the catalysts for my negative day … but not with any mistakes made.
I entered $13.75 worth of Races that are not running until the morning of Feb. 20th; so those will technically be on that report.
$CROWN had a big run, but most of that took place the day before this report, so this is honestly the biggest reason why we’re reporting a negative day.
Up to 90 $CROWN Staked on the Tracks for Season 12 — which is an exciting prospect!

ESPN Bet:
Another quiet day on ESPN Bet, I played my $1 slot and 10 Bonus Spins to come out $0.39 ahead.

DNA Racing:
It’s a simple ‘hodl’ day for DNA Racing.

Coinbase:
Between creating my graph and looking at my Balances, Crypto fell like 1%… Not sure the best way to report this Section to you all.

Day 15 Summary:
Honestly, it was a very quiet day which is to be expected on a lot of these Bankroll Builder Challenge days.
I’m entered into two PF Races for Day 16 and hopefully the Casinos can work together to give me some better Results!
Still hurts to see my 1st day in the Red!
